Some good tips in there. I'm going to check my condensor today to see if it needs cleaning.
"Also if your unit is in the attic make sure the drain is clear, it’s going to be condensating a lot and the pan will overflow if you don’t have a trip switch and line clogs up."
This one cost me my computer during college.
