If you can find a sensor to watch the motor rotate or coolant moving, sure. Otherwise, I have no idea how you would accomplish that nor do I care to figure it out! I simply meant wiring the pump to run with key on and/or switched power/ground through an aftermarket or the stock air pump relay.
