i was looking at an LT1 car when i started this thread. still wish i had gotten it, but things didn't work out. i talked to herron about his record and he was pretty cool.
personaly, i think the LT1 bolt on record is a bit soft. with some common sense while doing prep, i can see at least half a second coming off of it without spending a billion dollars or doing anything too nuts.
