Right, and just look at what went on with that Atco lawsuit a few years ago.
I asked a few lawyers about it a little while ago and they all said the same thing- in the case of an incident there would still be an investigation to try and place blame on the "sanctioning body". They'd look for any miscue that implies that the SB didn't keep up their end of the bargain in any way.
Example- if there's an oil down and the track is not properly cleaned and you end up rolling your car. They don't get to just wave the paper and tell you
