The new tires (Continental DW) are good all around so far. They're quiet, comfortable, and handle plenty well for the street. I'm definitely happy with the purchase.

As far as autocross, they do about as well as I would expect a 340TW tire to do under a heavy car with some power. I started with too much tire pressure and it was like ice, dropping 3 psi was an instant 3 second improvement. It seemed that only a handful of guys were running anything other than a nice 200TW or more aggressive tire, so they're certainly not competitive - but good enough to have some fun with and not burn through in a season.
