the N/A bolt on stuff is pretty simple. TB, exhaust, water pumps, and tuning are legal to modify. also, any and all weight reduction, drivetrain, and suspension mods are allowable.
with the record where it is now, i can't see why it can't be much faster without doing anything crazy or losing any of the power accesaries the car came with.
