400+ HP LS1
For sale is the motor from my 98 Z28.
Mileage: The car says 118XXX, for 35K or so, it has 3.73 gears(originally a 2.73 car) and was not tuned for the gear change, so just arguments sake we'll say 118K. 2K on the cam and valvetrain, 700 miles on the heads.
Valvetrain: LS7 lifters, Comp cam "TTP Equilizer v3", Chromoly pushrods, Patriot double gold springs good to 650* lift, stock rockers, Melling oil pump, Double roller timing chain.
Heads: Cartek ported stock heads "806" castings, Ferrea titanium valves, ARP headstuds, GM gaskets.
Bottom end: Pure 100% untouched
Other: Valve covers will be included in the sale, Oil pan I am keeping and intake I am keeping, but we can work a deal on that as well.
Motor does not burn any oil, no piston slap. Slight leak from the RMS but thats easily fixed when the motor is out. When the heads were removed the cylinder walls still has cross hatches.
