Well this showed up in my driveway today!
I am stoked to have a fully complete truck finally!
I am going to put the bed on the brown truck initially, then I will paint the other frame and related parts, replace all the bushings in the suspension then put the BBC in there with the 6 speed using the mechanical clutch linkage. I have read that the BBC headers from the 2nd gen may work in the truck, so I may fab up a dual exhaust, but I may just use the manifolds I bought a while ago and do a single exhaust instead. I am not looking for a max effort engine, just something to drive around town to the store and the ecological facility.
I am never going to stop spending money on vehicles
Don't need a whole lot for the truck at least, but I do want to update a few things and I will eventually have to fix the seat since the seat foam is all worn down and the seat cover is in need of replacement. Those are both relatively expensive.
