Ok guys heres another old spotting that I recalled while having a discussion on the early third gen firebird forums. There used to be an 1984 15th anniversary trans am behind an abandoned service station across from Byram Plaza. I actually stopped by one day sometime in HS and took a look at it. It was the real thing one of 1500. I believe it was an automatic and a LG4 305. Where is that car now? I sure as hell hope it wasn't scrapped. The earlier 80s cars never get much respect but if optioned right they were among the fastest cars money could buy in the early 80s especially if it was an L69/5 speed car. I'd be interested in getting the car and bringing it back if anyone knows what happened to it. All I know is one day I looked over at that service station and noticed it wasn't there any more.
