NJFBOA gets SEMA-SAN press!
This is in the latest SEMA-SAN "Driving Force" email they send to all of their members. Woot!
SEMA SAN Strike Force
The bright red ‘77 Camaro Z28 (third from left) belongs to Hamilton, New Jersey’s Scott Applegate. Shot by club photographer Alex Quiles, this image shows a portion of the vehicles proudly belonging to the NJ F-Body Owners Association (NJFBOA).
Scott Applegate has been a 'car guy' since he bought his first car in high school, a ‘76 Camaro Type LT. After college, he spent 7 years in the automotive aftermarket at a major New Jersey-area tire/automotive service chain, which is when he bought his ‘67 Camaro RS. Eventually, he pursued an MBA degree and a career in finance, but his interest in cars never waned. He purchased a ‘77 Camaro Z28 to satisfy his passion until he could get to work on his ’67. Along the way, he joined up with the crew at NJ F-Body Owners Association or NJFBOA (http://www.njfboa.org/) and took part in the Hot Rod Power Tour. He’s attended the Optima Ultimate Street Car Invitational and also participates in the annual Camaro Nationals in Frederick, Maryland, where he catches up with friends from NastyZ28.com for which he is an administrator.
Members of the NJFBOA meet monthly across the state to meet new folks, talk cars and even do some networking, all while seeking to play a positive role in their communities. The group works to advocate for local tracks as safe alternatives to illegal street racing and supports charitable causes such as helping local food banks. “NJFBOA also supports the work of the SEMA Action Network (SAN) and helps spread the word about legislative advocacy and how it impacts all of us in the hobby at both the state and national levels,” Applegate said. “We send a link to the SAN website in all of our newsletters to augment the information in the forum.”

Feather-light suspension, Konis just couldn't hold. I'm so glad I took a look inside your showroom doors.
