Meet idea?

Anyone down for a Great Adventure/Fright Fest meet in October?? Just a thought... I wanted to go this summer but never made it out, so I figure maybe we can turn it into a meet??

you can barely even feel that you are going upside down cuz you never move. but its pretty awesome, it wouldn't be too bad for you. most of the nausia is psychosomatic anyway. so just be excited for it and not scared of it.

I believe it's 0-128 mph in under 3 seconds....but you can only go on it if it's actually working that day.

Anyone know where Midnight has been? I guess she's pretty busy with work during the season, but she might be able to let us know if there are any group discounts that we could get.....

Yeah, i went on Kingda Ka (the one that goes 0-128 in i think 3.x seconds)...before it broke down for like a month. They were still running test cars every few rounds, but i went on anyway....just make sure you put your head back against the headrest before it launches

sure, its nothing like a dragster doing 300mph in 4 seconds, but its still faster than any street car out there.

I went on Top Fuel Dragster in Cedar Point, Ohio. That was the tallest and fastest before kinga ka, same design, and very slight differences in speed and height. But it was AMAZING. The ride was so fast it only lasted about 15 seconds, but you could see Canada from across the great lakes at the top, and Yes, I sat up front, and all you have on this one is a lap bar. THAT'S IT, other than the seat you sit on.. freaking awesome. I ended up with windburn on my face for the first time.

the wooden coasters are way scarier than the normal upside down ones. they shake so much. its not so much the drops and turns, its the structure, you think they are going to fall apart
