				Windows Vista

I have a totally different opinion then Bill (foff) has on vista, i actually like it alot. once you tweak it a little (there arent that many out yet) and turn off all the stupid crap, it actually looks like a good OS. pretty fast too, but thats prolly gonna go down hill like it usually does. it is really graphics heavy, but its not guady. some of it takes a while to get use to, they changed alot of stuff around. i say check it out if you have a chance now i gotta get my hands on a 64 bit version of vista ultimate (im usin the x86 version)

meh.. i've heard nothing but horrible reviews from it. I am currently dual booting windows xp and linux (slackware). I'm extremely happy with both, and each have their own advantages. Vista, in my opinion, is nothing but a memory hogging buggy OS.

yeah vista is nice but i've had numerous compatability issues with it. i'm been a tester since RC1 and i used to tri boot windows xp pro, windows vista RC1 (then replaced with 2), and fedora core linux. since the official release, it's been nice so far, if you're plannin on upgrading a current machine to handle vista, make sure you do RAM and Video card, as vista is very graphics heavy.
