so my window is stuck down on my saturn

is it possible to get a power window to go up manually til i can get a new motor?

take the door panel off and pop the window out of the regulator tracks. the only downfall is that the window wont stay up by itself, you'll need to tape it to keep it there.

Or, lock a good pair of Channel Locks to the window track under the window once it's up; that'll keep it in place. My friend did that to keep some auto shifter linkage together under his Jeep and forgot about it for like 6 months.

how do i pop the window out? do i have to take the regulator off and crap? its all hidden behind sheet metal, the only real access i have is through the speaker hole
