Front L. Plate

I just removed my bullet grill from my 95 Z and just threw on the plate for now and it looks ugly as hell. Just wondering how u guys go about putting the front plate.

SLP made a bracket that bolts underneath the bumper. I think it attaches to the lower radiator support.

Yeah if you absolutely HAVE to run the your front license plate mounting it from under your front bumper is the way to go. When I repaint my front bumper I'm going to have mine on some sort of quick connect system so I can easily remove it for pictures & car shows and just re-connect it for regular driving.

That SLP set up is nice cost only about $22 but I bet one could made with sheet metal from loews or Home depot for half that. Since they dont make ones for thirdgen thats what I will have to do.

I used to have the SLP Liscence Plate bracket. I think it's looks terrible, so I took it off. I don't really drive my car all that much, so I just leave it off.

yea i will take the ticket rather then have that stupid block on the front of my car not worth it IMO it's only a 44 dollar ticket and plus i drive my car like once a week anyways so not likely it will happen but i'm prepared for it i'm not going to complain about getting a ticket when i already know i'm in the wrong just take it and don't say anything type deal.

I lived in franklinville for 19 years....somethings there just never change....... I had a cop go to my high school parking lot (delsea) and write me a ticket for no front plate and tint and he mailed it home to me since I was in school. heh. Franklin Twp. cops FTL!

never had a front plate, until recently. its certainly not worth the hassle. if a cop wants, he can hassle me enough for the million other violations on my car. especially since i am usually speeding

My SS will never run a front plate ever again if i have anything to say about it. Being mostly driven out of state now and me being enlisted... and with all my pba/fop cards, im good to go. I dont mess around much, my car doesnt look like junk box so officers will have no reason else to pull me over. law enforcement plates on the car too... lol

If you guys with badges get plate tickets you suck, lol.

No front plate on the 77 - QQ cars don't require them!

My cars will never have a front plate. I put it in the windshield. I have done this for the past 3 years and got a ticket for it about 2 years back. I got pulled over for this by a ******* cop in Northfield 3 days ago but didn't get a ticket.
