It was finally time to replace the 17 year old Goodyears on Jinx. After reading the trouble people have been having getting performance 14 inch tires, I was apprehensive that I might not find them locally. I was not able to find them at the normal tire places and websites. I was then told about this local place from a friend called Shotgun and gave them a call. They were able to get Radial T/A’s in the size (21570R14) I wanted within a day. They are new, made less than a year ago (2011 date) for the normal going price of $120ea (free mounting and balance). The owner Adam was great to deal with and is very knowledgeable about muscle cars (he owned a 68 Camaro previously). I recommend them.
They are located in a small warehouse district in Manalapan NJ, 17 Sweetmans Lane behind Millhurst Mills (Ace Hardware). The shop is not all blinged out like other big names (that you pay for), just a small local shop that has very good customer service.
