Start with the O pipe. Increased exhaust pressure will easily net you 45hp. Plus everyone knows the more dense the exhaust, the better your car runs.

It might actually flow better than the STOCK EXHAUST (that he still has not REPLACED when he has a new COMPLETE MAGNAFLOW CATBACK sitting in his friends basement taking up space.)
