what size is the stock 4bbl carb on an lg4

ok sense thirdgen.org is completely useless maybe some one here can answer this for me.


what cfm size qjet is on a lg4 ????

its a 600cfm... if you read on thirdgen theres a tech artical on how to make the airvalve open completly making it a 750cfm..

sounds like a cool trick, but 750 might be a litle big for a stock LG4.

i no longer have the lg4 my car has a 350 now but its got the stock lg4 distributer and carb on it. my nextdoor neighbor gave me a holley 600 cfm 4bbl so i was trying to figure out the specs on the qjet to see if i should put this holley on it or not. hmm still not sure if i should or not

you could change the secondary metering rods and hanger and give you a little more up top...
