I dunno, looks awfully close. I know for fact TBI sucks without any mods, but with mods I guess it'll run a tad better... BUT TPI is where its at now If you do get that car running, it might be a close race. If Derek wins, it'll be because of the gears.
BTW Al, I saw your welp on TGO about a year and a half ago for a broken speedo needle Just thought id bring that up.

So do you want to race me with my lowly little 350 TBI when it's back up and running? Head's up is all I'll do and no slicks, radials only.

tpi is nice if teh car come siwth it, it is a waste of money to swap in and definately too expensive to upgrade.

Thats affirmative. [sarcasm]I might have to search for a new tuner now [/sarcasm] Keywords: sucks without any mods
But sure, I need some good runs, just to see how my WS6 handles

I would advise not to even bother running the WS6, just go straight for the LS1. I could be wrong, but isn't Jons car in the low 13's?

TBI doesn't own me... weight reduction owns me
Im not really picking a fight tho, but my Pro/Am stock was ****ing slow, I had 2 kills out of 8 or 9, one of those kills being a 4000 pound 88 Grand Marquis. That was an LO3. But I took this LB9 WS6 out for a spin one time, and thats basically stock except for exhaust work, slight weight reduc., and good gears, and it ran a hellova lot better than the LO3. Just putting in my 2 cents. Ill race just for ****s and giggles.

Im speaking of the LO3 not an LO5 or w/e u have. Other than what I've read from Tims posts on TGO about his car being one of the fastest on there, the best Ive seen out of an LO3 was low 12's, with nitrous and a lot of weight loss. The rest are mainly high 13''s - low 16's .

Hey, start your own fing thread!!
So a touch more gear, and you all say he has me? Hrm...
Guess we will have to see.
And exactly what does removing stuff and putting it back together have to do with racing? If it took me 2 years and him 2 weeks, but we both are there on race day, ready to go, then who ****ing cares?
People spend years to build up, tear down, and build up thier cars. Sorry I didnt dedicate every waking hour of the last 2 years to my car. I kinda had a life to live.
