total suspension travel on those cars is less than an inch I believe.

1inch would be the total for all 4 corners. lol
F1 rules have become so strict that most of teh teams balance teh handling of teh car with small adjustments to ballast and downforce.
the mandated tires have so much sidewall on them that air pressure is enough to dampen the movement of the car.
in super slow motion stuff you can see teh tires destort like mad under cornering.

current 3.0liter V10 = 800-850hp at 19K-21K rpm
next year 2.4liter V8 = expected to put out 750hp+ 22K and will likely go over 800hp by the end of the season.
don't ya just love it when there are no budget limits when developing a race car

Those cars that they race on the roads, are older modle F1 cars, that are sold the "public" a few years after a couple more models replaced it. Its like a nostalgia race type class. That is really some sick stuff, I used to have a few more videos of that.

Hill Climbs are pretty insane too
