my first gift

at the gas station today i saw a friend of mine. he said " great you just saved me a trip, i have something for you." i was pretty excited and he hands me a mason jar 3/4's of the way filled with moonshine. i was pumped. we say our goodbyes and the gas station attendant comes up. i show him he smelled it and said," mind if i take a pop" i said sure. he took a sip and said it was good stuff. i came home and tried a little sip. it tasted like fire. my buddie said it should be about 90%. i took two shots throught the night and had one beer and have a pretty good buzz and have for a while. its pretty potent. i couldnt speak after i took the sip it burned so bad.

hmmmm, reminds me of trips to upstate NY to visit my family great way to cut down on beer expense at a BBQ. 5gallons of straight corn mash and 3 cases of cans will keep 30-40 ripped for 8 or more hours. hehe
great gift.

5 gallons is alot of product. i was looking into it the distilling process for research purposes only, and it takes alot of mash to make a decent amount of shine. let me know the next time one of you go to VA or upstate NY. the party starts when the moon shines.

it is easy for my family, all farmers. my cousin raises 40 or so acres of corn every year for feed. gives him plenty for his dairy herd, some extra feed to sell, and a few ears to donate for "recreational purposes"
