Solstice Hard Top

Here she is, the hard top. I guess they added the hatch area to make better use of the cargo area, since a hard top would mean that the top is stowed away, decreasing space.

did they consider making clip on tops? something similar to the miata hard tops.
when i first heard that they were considering a hard top i expected it to be more of the convertable vette/miata style hard top that uses the convertable locking points to mount.

mini station wagon look, very BMW z-coupe'ish. not sure what to make of it.

I thought the hard top was going to look similar to the style of the vert. This is just ugly. Doesn't fit with the rest of the lines of the car.

i think that the car has possible potential, only because i like the M coupes from bmw and that resembles one alot. i would also like to see one in person to cast my final vote. (not that it really matters to anyone anyway, but...)

Apparently the hard top is NOT done by GM, but by an outside company in Germany.

Yeah, the M coupe. Thats the one the guys were talking about above this.
I think it adds needed space, and for someone like myself who needs more storage space, I could deffinatly do this. It will also help aerodynamics better then a FRC type design. (Big reason why the Z06 kept the fast back design).
