whats this rear spoiler worth ?

thats the spoiler off an 88 firebird with the aperance package or what ever its called. but any ways how much is it worth ?

i cant see it to well but it doesnt seem like anything rare. those years should have came with the straight 2 pedestal spoiler. the trans ams, formulas, and gtas got the wrap around wing. but i dont recognize that spoiler as anythign that was available. The 88 camaros i think were one year that there was a low mounted pedestal version offered for those cars, that spoiler could be that. but a better pic would be needed to tell for sure.

As for a price, I'm really not sure how much they are worth.

Yeah thats the after market spoiler that is a throw back to the second gen TA's.
Ironically you dont see many of them out there, but because they are after market spoilers, they aren't considered rare.
Aerowing spoilers go anywhere from $50 (for a poor one) to over $300 for a like-new OEM or Fiberglass replica. Firebird two-pillar spoilers dont generally sell well by themselves since they are so common. Most people dont just sell Firebird spoilers - they sell the whole hatch for $50.

not true really..i got $60 for my stock 84 t/a spoiler on ebay.. (note: thats the flat 2 pillar firebird spoiler)

ah ok that other pic helped me see what it was. since it is pretty rare and unique, you could probably expect to easily get 75-100 for it on ebay. it may not sell the first time though since its something only a few people would be interested in. You may be able to get more if you posted it for sale on 3rd gen boards and set a higher price and stuck to it. eventually people interested will make offers and you can see if you want to sell it for that.

ya i know he has one on the iroc but i didnt even know he still has the iroc sense i rarly post here and every time iv seen a post from him latly that iv clocked it has to do with a vert ta so i thought he had sold the iroc or somthing

ah ok, offer him like 75 to start. it is rare so its worth at least that IMO. It all depends how bad you want soemthign unique. With my export rear facia on my SS, price was not an issue, i just had to have it. lol
