Fuel Cell or Gas Tank???

i got a little bored and started looking through catalogs. i was wondering what everybody thinks of a fuel cell to replace the stock steel gas tank.
i don't plan to use the car to travel much so the loss of truck space is of no consequence to me.
this is more of a down the road type thing that an immediate future mod.
jsut wondering who has one or has used a cell in the past. i am looking at the foam filled Jaz cells that i can put a 0-90 ohm sending unit in and running an electric pump+regulator.
what do you guys think?

I have a fuel cell in the AMX. It makes for interesting gas stops...

i would only use a cell if the OE tank could no longer be used.

reasoning behind that?
i am interested for weight savings and weight management. i can move teh weight of the fuel back 3 or 4 inches and have the weight sitting at least 6inches higher so it should help more with launch
