someone got red paint on my SS!!!!!!!!!!!

I finally decided to wash my SS before i start putting the exhaust back to stock. The car has been parked since August. So i start wetting the car down and i see this....

I flipped out...i dont know what it is, how it got there or how long its been on my car. It looks if it hit my car and splattered but no direct impact point. It almost looked like blood as if someone was beaten next to my car. Whatever it was, itwas rock hard and dry. i didnt wanna scrape it off and i was hesitant on using my microfinishing compound. I finally decided just to take a hand mitt sponge and dish washing detergent. After a few min or scubbing, some started to come off. After about 20 minutes a lot had came off.

I kept going and after about an hour and a half I got it all off. Getting it off the pewter was easier than getting it of the GM unpainted rear bumper. When i find out who did this, im gonna kill them(not literally). I think it was one of the local kids, i just have to see who has a paint ball gun. Most of the kids know not to mess with my stuff and they never have so far, so i dunno... Im just glad it came off..

definitely not a paintball shot if its still there and rock hard... The paint in there is water soluable (sp?) and will turn white and oily. Trust me Ive had it on my parts car 96 Z28 for MONTHS and it never stayed at all just came off in the weather and if it stayed it was white.

yeah i didnt think it was a paint ball, but i have no other ideas....ive shot my wall and some spare parts in my garage before and even the splatter patterns looked different. You can't really tell from the pics, btu there was a considerable splatter pattern from wherethe main hit is, all the way off the rear of the black bumper. basically there was dots all over the 1/4 panel and bumper side. and how it was dried, it was almost flat and not really noticeable to the touch... maybe it was blood...hmm now who was killed next to my car?...or maybe my car killed someone and is "Christine" reborn...uh-oh....

heres another picture of the starting point. in HS we had a class dealing with forensic science and we went over blood splatter patterns, and this reminds me of that. lol.

the spray pattern is strange... i have no idea what it was. i havent really walked around the car often so i dont know how long it was there, but the overall pattern was about 3 feet long and from the back of the wheelwell to a few spots on top of the hatch. my gf maybe said someone coughing up blood, but that must have been one deep cough. heres a up close pic...

probably not with a blown motor. It has the same chance of doing a burnout on a kitten that my Nova does.
