lookin for a garage

im looking for a garage to rent in northern jersey. i just bought a 68 camaro and i need a spot to put that or my 3rd gen. im looking for a 2-3 car garage that i can work out of, if possible. i have a friend that wants to go halfs with me. ive been looking around but cant find anything.

I'm a realtor in Jersey I can look to see if anything like that is available if you want. The only catch is that with rentals the tenant pays the commission which would be one months rent. so if the garage is 1000 a month normal fees are:

1st month - 1,000
1 1/2 month security - 1,500
commission - 1,000

total = 3,500

Then again if the rental on a garage is cheaper then the fees go down as well. Let me know.
