damn doctors
well, i crashed my 4wheeler this weekend and i just got out of the hospital. doctor says i cant take my arm out of the sling to drive my camaro until my collar bone heals, which may take 4-6 weeks. the 4wheeler is a totally other story and that may be as much as 2 months before i get back on that thing. the worst part about it is i finally ordered all the new go-fast parts for the camaro so i'm not even gonna be able to enjoy it for a while. mad depression

im a pussy? your bones are broken but still touching. i have a bone sticking out by my neck. i have to go to an orthopedist to find a way to twist it back towards the other bone so it can heal.

well without seeing the picture its kinda hard to tell. but my bone was never really "aligned" and it healed fine. They did however say that it might take up to several years for it do get back to appearing normal.... and if your bone is actually sticking out of you body i dont get why you're not in a cast with screws in that thing. thats what i was told at least.

well then yours was the same as mine, you made it sound like the bones itself was actually sticking out of your body which would require docs to put screws in it and put you in a cast. That xray that i posted is not quite 3d (doh) but my doc said that he was actually surprised that the bone did not come out - it was almost at like 45 degree angle ohh and whenever you move your arm and feel your bones rub against each other, thats the best part.

i love that!
in the xray they were pretty much beside each other. the break is much more defined in my xray for some reason. i basically can see the one part closest to the front. its pretty cool actually. and it really doesnt hurt all that much either. my neck and head hurt more from the impact then the broken bone

save the pain killers then!!! and mine didnt hyrt either for the first couple days. im guessing all the extra neck, knee and midsection pain canceled it out. Then it was gone and it only hurt whenever i moved my arm. Oh changing shirts is a bitch cuz u gotta lift your arm over your head or at least i did. have fun
