just got a 68 camaro
i finally got a first gen. its pretty rough but it is workable. i got it off ebay. its just a roller. it said on ebay that it has all new sheet metal. but really doesnt have any new sheet metal. someone put floors in it but they did a **** job. so i a have to put a one piece floor in it. it also needs both quarters, right outer rocker, rear tail panel, and a roof. basically it needs everything for the rear shell. supprisingly the trunk floor is still in good shape. it very rough but im up to the challange. im just really excited about it. im not really sure what im goint to do with it. im thinking about pro-streeting it. let me know if you guys know of any good tech forums for first gens.

Team Camaro all the way: http://www.camaros.net
From what I hear a '68 full floor pan is not made, just a '67 and '69... but don't quote me on that.
Here's how it turned out in my '69:
It's not done yet of course, I'm replacing the trunk floor now and will work on
"prettying" it up next.
Congrats on the first gen!

i think it is a fair pice. it might be alittle high. but think of it this way, the first gen camaros are not going to lose value anytime soon. these cars bring big bucks, even in this condition.

Just make damn sure that if you are paying for an SS then it really is one. Fake ones are really getting good.
