Heh...you are the Queen.

I drove my 2.8 Camaro for 6 months with a rod knock. Put almost 6k miles on it with the #4 rod bouncing on the crank.

I dont know, every single one my dad owned, and my buddies have owned have been amazing vehicles. My buddys is going on 300k and still runs great! Mine was not a money pit, the thing was a beast and I miss it every day, I should of never sold it to buy the Camaro.

My 03 Jeep broke so much, I traded it in within a year. It was fun to go off roading when it was running.

i've put almost 100k miles on this thing since i've had it, which isn't even 5 years yet. the jeep owes me nothing, and its not exactly broke, just needs some attention before it really does break. im sure it will live on.

Really. I thought Jeeps had crap trannies, poor wiring and other issues, but all them 4.0L motors do is run forever and leak oil, mostly from the valve cover. Congrats on a job well done.

Just get a new motor, I can’t imagine it is hard to change.

my sis's 95 grand cheerokee laredo had 220k miles when she sold it for $2000, but the trans was rebuilt once, exhaust replaced for the most part. those inline 6's go for a long time.

I never ever had any problems with mine, except the rear main seal leaked pretty good. I dont know why but the thing was pretty damn quick too ALOT more so than my buddies with 4.0s.

well, since this is the firstp problems im having with it aside from shocks, i can't complain. its sitting at 248k right now, never any problems with trans or oil leaks, in fact, i barely ever need to add oil to it between oil changes at all. a half a quart, maybe.
