Beef in any form. Chicken doesn't really have a flavor all its own, it takes on whatever you put on it/cook it in. Venison is a close second.
Squirrel, Rabbit, and all those are too much work IMO. I don't like picking at bones for a half hour just to get a teaspoon of meat.
