Hrm...dizzy, wires and plugs, RP and filter...
An oil accumulator, what looks to be a billet PS pump? Some fittings, but dont know what that tall thing is...looks like it has a pulley attached to the top of it.

some of those pumps pull to much vacume - we have gaged them and only let it pull 10 inches ( modify a bleed off ) -- never seen the directions on one -- to much vacume will suck in the ( cork / rubber ) gaskets under the intake front and rear - if you used silicone than that wont happen -- they work well some motors respond and some don't i hope yours does -- but if it does nothing than you may have another issue to look at -- hope you dont mind just been doing this a while and seen a lot --- jz

john it comes with a vavle reliefto create more /less vacuum. but still recommends a pressure gauge on the valve cover to see the exact amount of vacuum in your engine

i had on the last car we had one on - drilled and taped the valve cover and ran a vacume gage in side to i could see what it was doing -- do they give you an inch # that is recommended never seen instructions on one of those pumps - we always took an avarage low engine speed to max - jz

instructions say -the suggested amout of vacuum at max rpm is 10-12in/hg for a wet sump engine which is what i have.
