I'm for familiar with TBIChips, so i cannot comment on them. I personally dealt with a local tuner in NJ and also a few national tuners and after losing allot of time and money went to Alvin and he is the best I've found!

But I will warn you Alvin is very busy right now so don't expect him to be able to do the work in 1-2 days, but Alvin does outstanding work! He isn't local so you may need to go mail order. But the crew from the speeddensity board are working on setting up a date for him to come to PA for dyno tuning that we hope will happen in the next month or two?
What I did was purchase just his tuning, but no hardware, I purchased all the equipment to burn my own chips. ( you can have him burn and mail you the chip as well which would cost less ) His first turn was off a bit at idle and too rich at WOT, I sent him a data log and a copy of the dyno pulls from TTP and he fixed everything! Now when I need a change I can send Alvin a data log or tell him what changes I want and he simply sends me a new file. I waste no time or money mailing chips back and fourth. Eventually I want to start tuning my own car.
If you want to investiage chip burning all the equipment you'll need can be purchased from Moates
