Nice day for doing some Spring mods!

It was a percect day for laying on the ground to work on the car. Heck, I didn't even need to jack it up to crawl underneath and work on installing the hitch. The stupid rear exhaust hangers were a PITA to get out with the allen bolts and the rust holding them in. But the hitch is on and ready to tow the boat! I still need a wiring harness though.

It was nice. I was in the garage all weekend. I got the front end of the 77 all back together (after I rented a different spring compressor - I hate coils). I'm moving right along. With all luck, brakes will be bled & operational before I see Black Sabbath on Friday. If I can get the HVAC box back on the firewall and door hinges rebuilt, I'll have the drivetrain back in the car in 2 weeks.

Now I am drinking Magic Hat's seasonal brew H.I.P.A.

Yummy....

it sucked cause i thought it was oil at first, cause when i looked at it iwas on the side of 287 and couldnt really tell. then i got it to my work so i could take the truck home from there, and realized it was actually trans fluid making a blue cloud of smoke all the way up 287.
