1. Have you ever received a speeding ticket?
Yes, many moons ago fortunately.

2. What's the fastest you've ever driven?
Somewhere in the 120s in my old '96 Impala SS.

3. Do you listen to music in your car?
Certainly, I'm a music teacher, I gotta listen to music!

4. Would you rather be the driver or the passenger?
Driver, especially if my wife and I are going somewhere, cause she drives like a maniac.

5. Do your passengers like to be back-seat drivers?
Yes, my wife tells me to watch out for cars coming out of the corner like 8 blocks away.

6. What's the longest distance you've ever driven in one day?
Bergen County NJ to Bowling Green, KY in ~18 hours. That's with 3 fuel stops and 1 hour lunch break. We were haulin!

7. Where was the first place you drove (to) when you got your license?
Cruised around my town.

8. Did you have any restrictions on where you can drive?
nope.

9. What kind of car do you drive?
'01 Jeep Cherokee, '88 Monte SS

10. What cars have you owned?
I know it's nowhere near how many Paul has owned , but here's the list. '76 Monte, '87 Shadow Turbo, '85 SS, '91 Accord, '96 Cutlass, '96 Impala SS, another '85 SS, '00 Sebring 'vert, '00 Maxima SE, '86 Cutlass Salon, '87 Monte SS, '88 Monte SS, '01 Cherokee

The Beast, my '76 Monte

12. How many cars have you owned?
Lucky 13 baby!

13. Did you pass your learner's permit test the first time?
Hell yeah!

14. Are you nervous about driving over bridges/tunnels?
The Lincoln Tunnel always bothered me more than the GWB.

15. Do you have a lot of junk in your car?
Not too much.

16. Ever been in an accident?
Yeah, a few. '91 Accord got creamed by someone, '87 Shadow got hit by someone, '00 Sebring 'vert got totalled by someone.

17. Ever have a flat tire?
Fortunately, I usually catch them first.

18. Ever had something else happen to your car?
My Impala SS got egged two years in a row on Mischief Night - damn kids thought I was an undercover cruiser.

19. Does your car have a sunroof?
No, but my wife's Liberty does.

20. How many doors does your car have?
Two on the Monte, and four on the Jeep.

21. Is your transmission automatic or stick shift?
Auto in the Jeep, and stick in the Monte. You gotta row your own!

22. How many HP is your car?
Jeep is rated at 190hp/225 ft.lbs, Monte is probably near 300hp/400 ft.lbs

23. Does your car get good gas mileage?
It could, but not with my driving. The Jeep gets about 15mpg and I baby it, but my commute is all local roads.

24. Ever run over an animal with your car?
Yep, I hit a racoon, and Pat Benatar's "Hit Me With Your Best Shot" was on the radio. True story!

25. Most passengers you've ever had in your car
6 or 7 when I was 17 and had my first Monte.

26. Places you usually drive your car?
Mostly roads, but ocassionally some sidewalks.

27. Ever get your car stuck somewhere?
The old '85 SS got stuck a bunch of times in the snow.

28. Ever back your car into something/someone back theirs into you?
Both.

29. Ever driven without a license?
Nope.

30. Ever race your car?
Been to the track a few times.

Yes, wiper motor siezed in the old Monte when it was raining!

The olds is like 215 HP. I thin the Pilot is aroudn that too. Otherwise don't know/care.

Fromn #9: Yes (for a big car, 25 HW, 21-22 all around), Yes (15 from a fullsize truck ain;t bad), No (12.75MPG), Yes (18 from an SUV)

I hit a racoon, birds

Yeah, the buick had some dry rotted tires. I was going to get new tires that weekend, but it didn't make it. About 3 miles away from my house, I just drove it home with the flat.

My neons battery cable burnt off the turminal going down Rte. 55 and the car shut down.

T-Tops

Two on the Camaro, and two on the Blazer.

Auto in the Blazer, and M6 in the camaro

Camaro is about 340 rwhp
Blazer about 210

Camaro gets about 20mpg

I ran over a turtle before. I still remember to this day the sound it made.

My wife often tries to tell me things like "Watch out!" That's a good reason to listen to music louder.

Woodbridge, NJ to somewhere outside of Nashville, TN. That was a good 16 or so hours of wheel time.

B&L Billiards in Edison to shoot pool with my buds..

8. Did you have any restrictions on where you can drive?
Negative.

9. What kind of car do you drive?
2001 Jeep Wrangler (TJ) and the family car, a 2002 VW Jetta wagon (That thing's actually pretty quick!).

10. What cars have you owned?
First ride was a 1981 Toyota Corolla, followed by a lethargic '82 Camaro with the craptacular 2.8 V6, followed by a '75 Camaro LT rustbucket with a hot 350, followed by a 1981 Pontiac Bonneville (What a boat!) then a 1990 Pontiac Sunbird (Had to get back and forth to work somehow) to my first new and current ride, a 2001 Jeep Wrangler. I also own the VW, an '84 K5 Blazer I'm building to be a tow rig/plow truck and of course, my '79 T/A project car.

The '81 Corolla. That poor car is probably still running somewhere.

12. How many cars have you owned?
Nine.

13. Did you pass your learner's permit test the first time?
Yup. Scored a 96.

14. Are you nervous about driving over bridges/tunnels?
No.

15. Do you have a lot of junk in your car?
In the family car, of course. Try having a 2 year-old and not have Cheerios, the heads of several animal crackers and a buttload of toys. The project cars have all of the spare parts in them. The Jeep? Just the essentials. Don't keep much in there since I wheel it with the doors off from late May through September.

16. Ever been in an accident?
Too many.

17. Ever have a flat tire?
Yup.

18. Ever had something else happen to your car?
My '82 Camaro's rear hatch window was smashed by an unknown object (No entry gained). My Jeep was entered (Not broken, they just unzipped a window) and all of my CDs stolen. So there's a crackhead wandering around Washington, DC listening to Garth Brooks. Oh, and my Sunbird was broken into in Philly. .

19. Does your car have a sunroof?
The Jeep's got a drop top. And the T/A has T tops.

20. How many doors does your car have?
Four on the family car, two on the Blazer and T/A, and right now, none on the Jeep!

21. Is your transmission automatic or stick shift?
Stick in the Jeep, everything else is auto.

22. How many HP is your car?
Dunno. Never dyno'd any of 'em.

23. Does your car get good gas mileage?
The Blazer and the T/A are great, considering they don't run! The Jeep gets about 17-18 mpg, while the VW gets about 28-30.

24. Ever run over an animal with your car?
Can't live in Sussex county without runnin' at least one critter down.

Four in my teenage years, before the provisional licenses.

26. Places you usually drive your car?
To and from work, mainly. The Jeep gets wheeled at Rausch Creek in PA.

Yeah, I've had a few bad stucks off road.

All of my crashes were done going forward.

Camaro got around 23.... mercedes mostly gets around 21... but i need to lighten my foot

I just nailed a possum the other night... but only hit its tail and it crawled away. In the camaro once i ran over a squirrel (it was a solid hit, tires were all on squirrel not on ground etc) that was lying there and looked dead..... then looked in my mirror to see it crawling off the road with its last breaths.

Yes, Rt. 4 one time going back to willy p... downpour, and all of a sudden the drivers wiper flys of to the left. all of a sudden had NO visibility, had to crank down the window and get the arm back onto the windshield, all while not hitting anything and curving and twisting and ****.... there was no shoulder, only stores (which i couldn't see well enough to pull into without nailing a curb, divider, rail, etc), for the better part of a mile. When I pulled over and found a pair of vice grips to use to tighten down the nut for the wiper arm, I was the happiest guy in the world.

33. Ever lock your keys in your car?
Yeah, once fairly recently at my friends apt in hawthorne, once in high school (car running and almost outta gas that time). Oh, and once at work, but I had my dad come from home with the other set and get mine out and bring them up to the security guard to hold for me.
