i got to see that car in person down in memphis. it isn't done yet, but getting there. currently only has a 5 gallon fuel cell in it(temproary until they work out installing a bigger one), needs to complete body work, firewall needs finishing, and the hood currently needs a prop rod(they had a bungee chord looped to the door to hold it open when i saw it).
the car is really cool and so is the owner. the guy and his dad did all the work themselves in the family garage. wrecked vette + wrecked civic = one cool project.
he also has plans to install a nice head and cam package once they get the car a bit more worked out.

baically, he bought a wrecked vette for a song and knew a friend with the beat up civic for a few hundred bucks. add a little free time and some good fabrication skills and you get 400hp in a very short wheel base with a total weight under 2600lbs with driver.

That's great!

It reminds me of when my brother put a sbc in a chevette. The thing wouldn't hook up at all. Just smoked the tires whenever you gave it gas. From a light you basically had to let it idle up to speed because if you didn't it would spin the tires.
