computers suck.

ok so my laptop started acting up a little the other day. like i put it in hibernate and i come back and the screen is blank no matter what i do so i have to restart it. so then yesterday the batrtery said 3% left and didnt change no matter what i did. today it said 5% left and didnt go away.then tonight i go to use it and it was really slow and i had to push the keys really hard for it to work and it was reallllllly slow. and froze sometimes. i take out the battery and it works like brand new.?!?!?!?!?!?!

Spill anything on it? Maybe soda or some thing that dries sticky? Either that or you have a major viris that doesnt kick in until a certain amount of time on the computer. Id start with reinstalling windows.

I had this problem with my laptop when I replaced the charger. I bought a "universal" type charger, and it had a switch on it that had a certain amount of volts, because some laptops require a diff rating. Long story short, I pulled my hair out as to why it would stay at 3 percent. I was about to chuck the charger against the wall when I noticed a switch there, and viola!
