Update:
Took two weeks in my school.
The header bolts were so rusted in that I had to torch half of them to get them off.
The new headers were easy to get in, but would not bolt up correctly. Turns out, the holes weren't drilled wide enough for the bolts. Had to pull them out, drill the holes out, and drop them back it.
I go to start it, an it won't idle right. One of the vacuum lines broke off and had to be replaced. I then go to take it for a test drive, and it dies on me. I push it back to the shop and leave it there for the weekend. I find out, that someone took the frame ground strap off and forgot to tell me.(Awesome)
Come back next week. But one of the sensor wires was burnt in the process of torching the header bolt, and it was never taped off. (I'm a dumbass) After taking a quick test drive, smoke started pouring out the engine bay. 4 sections of different wires were fried and had to be replaced.
Today, I finally got it all together and fixed. Triple checked everything, and then had a good friend double check my work. Then the shop teacher checked it out. Fired it up, and it ran beautifully. No smoke, no bad idle, just so smooth and the sound was incredible. This time, I let it idle for a while just to make sure, took it for a good test drive. Everything worked properly. I turn it off, go get my stuff, and start to go home. My car then decides to not start on me. WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Happy ending though, turns out the VATS wire was ripped. Quick run by with the soldering gun and some tape, and it cracks right over. The drive home was a quick one to say the least.
