Yea, I've seen some 3rd gens will full 4th gen interior swaps. It's not a direct bolt on, but supposedly it's not too difficult.

Iv been looking into doing it for a long time now. Centerconsoles are almost direct bolt ons and thats the first step im going with. If any one has 4th gen interior parts let me know!

I have some 4th gen door panels - perfect candidate for a nice leather swap http://forum.camarov6.com/showthread...ght=door+panel

I've thought about it but I'm iffy on it, it's too rounded for the exterior lines of the 3rd gen. I might do just the center consel because I need a cup holder

How much you want for the dash? I need the dash and center console first. Then I will decide if i want to finish the interior or just throw a roll cage and race seat in it.

Bingo, and why would I put in a cheaper feeling interior? I HATE the interior of the 4th gens. If it wasnt for the firebird's leather seats, Id strip it out and put in an custom aluminum dash.
Ugh..the window switches alone make me wana smash in the windows. That cheap One Chevy Steering Wheel Fits All crap....

late 4th gen dashes/interiors are nicer then most/all 3rd gen stuff. IMO.

Thats a no. The curvy bubble, overlapping plastic pannels of teh 4th gen not only feel cheap, it looks cheap too!!!

vs

The third gen's interior is much better looking and mroe fitting the car then the 4th gen's.

3rd gen interiors are soooo flat. This was the cool thing in the 80's...but not now. The 4th gen interiors are in the now. Its all opinion, and mine is that it's easier to clean my windshield because I dont have to stretch to reach the bottom of the glass, so i say 4th gen lol.

Most F body interiors just flat out suck. But what do you expect for the market segment.

You are so wrong it makes Bob's head hurt. LOL

3rd gens, esp Camaros (ugh, the dashboard from hell), are all full of goofy striaght lines & angles, and are also loaded with chintzy quality crapola.
