B&M Mega shifter questions

A buddy of mine gave me his megashifter a few days ago. it works fine and for free cant complain. its missing a few things though. its missing the t handle, the neutral saftey and reverse light swithes. i just went on the BM site and they're out of stock on all those parts. i can rig something for the t handle so im not worried about that. but what can i do about the switches?

you can rig something up by hooking up the 2 wires for the nutral safety switch but the reverse lights wont work

theres a bracket that goes on the trans and theres a bracket that bolts the shifter up to the floor

i would make sure you got the correct brackets on both ends for the shifter. i know the hot rod shop in clifton sells stuff like that and its not too far from you. the last thing you want to do is have the stock trans bracket be 1mm off and that 1 mm is what cooks your trans (yes, it does matter). I've had an adjustment 1/4 screw turn off on my powerglide trans completely cook the clutches inside. its gotta be perfect.

the address I can find is 32 chestnut st, clifton.

the installation isn't difficult, but you need to have the right hardware to make sure it works properly.
