Exhaust tip ?

before i go ripping them off and wasting my time do you guys know if the stock exhaust tips off of a 93 z28 will fit on the slp lm exhaust for a 98 camaro?

nope, almost fit inside if they didn't have the through bolt. i saved mine and checked them on my loudmouth, not even close! gmmg's fit perfectly though.

the 4th gen z28 tips are for 2 1/4" diameter piping and the loud mouth tail pipes are 2 1/2 piping..
Depending on the metal a 1/4" isnt much to gain by using a exhaust pipe expander I did it with a set of tips I have..

yeah that is true. or you could just get an adapter pipe to step down the size.
