North Jersey Scrap Yards

I've got a ****load of aluminum in my garage from a Airplane project that lost its wind. Its still in a complete frame, wings & tail assembly and I'd like to get rid of it and make some cash from it. Does anyone know of good places that will give me a decent amount of money for it? Also do you think its a better idea to cut it up or deliver it as a whole?

I found a ton in Paterson but haven't the faintest clue how it works. I'm new to the whole scrapping idea.

Any idea what the going rate on Aluminum is? I'm not trying to cash in completely but if I can make a few bucks off it the more the better.

any place you go will be comparable. within a few cents. i always went to dabals, in garfield. off river rd. always gave me the best price for copper, since im union. i plan on going to him for the little aluminum i got out of the camaro.

check the newspaper or someplace online for aluminum prices. metal prices go hand in hand with gas/oil.

Yeah but look at aluminum trailers now when the aluminum was expensive they doubled in price and now that aluminum is cheap they never went down.
