Good pay + no house or girlfriend = expendable income. Once I get the all CF hood I am going to spend only a small amount on the car and save for a house

Girl and 5th gen = bad investments

I came to the realization that if I dont get the fiber parts before the house Ill never be able to get them, right now I dont pay a lot for rent, my insurance is pretty low and I dont have a lot of other bills. I DO NEED my own house though
