engine swap

ok im not sure if im going to do it yet. but i was thinking of doing an engine swap on my sisters 94 camaro. her car has the 3.4 auto with at least 200k on it. i was thinking about getting a complete 5.3 because there dirt cheap now. first of all i know i would need a new intake, oil pan and belt drive components and k member but would i need anything else?

pcm for less did a direct plug and play harness conversion for my lt1->ls1 dash works down to the speedo. the only downside is the wait involved.
