You let your car and Melissa make eye contact didn't you? Happens every time, they meet eye to eye, cars gets scared, poops out parts to avoid going back to the track and seeing her again.

lol

Sorry to hear man. Car has been running good for a while I though? Sucks to go from running good to broken mid season.

Thanks, I would probably take you up on that but the rep we deal with said he might be able to replace them for free, he said the lifter should not have broke the way it did. I sent them back today, I want to wait to hear from him before I do anything.

Yeah, we took the entire engine apart just to be safe. Luckily nothing else was damaged, we found all the pieces in the oil pan.

That's good news. How bad is this gonna hurt you in the points? You gonna go back with the same cam?

I have had some luck with the Silverado but you need more than that when you are racing veteran bracket racers. I will just have to focus on the second half of the season.

If you have a set of tires that'll fit you could use my 79.. It's slow, but prob better than your truck

Finally some progress. After months of unemployment and no cash, my parents under there own will, lent me the money to get my engine back together. I am not proud of myself, but my father insisted I get my car back on the track. Al is putting it back together as we speak. We are still waiting on a few little things, so hopefully it will be together this week. Thats all.
