				G8 GT ARH LT's + Pypes Axle-Back Video

Needed to adjust the exhaust on the G8 this morning since something was hitting over certain kind of bumps and it was driving me nuts. After getting that done I decided to see how the car sounded with the Pypes mufflers in place of the stockers. Holy crap this thing sounds mean!!! This was a cold start so there is some popping but I took it for a ride and I think it sounds pretty good.
I'm going to get it on the highway and see how bad the drone is at cruising speed. I may just keep these on if it's not bad.

LT's with the stock mufflers sounds pretty good but just a little bit quiet. Zero drone though. With the Pypes, they drone at part throttle at 70 mph.

Like I said, I took the car on the highway and they sound amazing at WOT. I'll probably get some better tips on the stock mufflers when I change aight buddy I'm out. laterback. I don't plan on selling the Pypes though. They will be fun to throw on for track days.

I've had the plate for maybe 4 months now. I posted in on one of the G8 boards and apparently someone else picked it for me but from a diff state.

Anyway yea the Pypes sound good but just about any aftermarket axle-back for the G8 drones at certain loads and rpm. If someone solves this they should make quite a bit of money.

 | Someone has made an Anti-Drone system. CORSA claims it has Anti-Drone Techno built into their exhaust system. My son disconnected his 8-4 because when it kicks in, the drone really gets worse. If you are in the back seat of these cars, the drone REALLY gets bad, but it's a small price to pay for a great sound.
