random question
I'm looking for some help here on something. Searching for a term or short phase to describe an individual who talks a lot but never actually does what they say. Lofty ideas and all talk and promisses but when it comes down to it nothing happens. 8 would prefer it in another language.

Well, depends on who it is. U can have an f-body show car that is nice and clean looking. Or u can try and fit in with the tuner group with your aircraft wing sticking off your trunk lid.
