Video editing software- budget up to $1500
Hey guys,
I need to do some video editing and I have a budget of $1500 to get the software. It has to preferably run on a PC but also can be MAC based.
I need to take videos that we have taken and edit them with music, our company logo (like a station Identification), on screen timer. I would prefer it to be pretty simple to use.
Do you guys have any recommendations?

i suggest you acquire the software before buying it just to make sure you think you can handle it, video editing software isnt like excel, it has a steep steep learning curve

it sounds like what you're doing is fairly simple, have you tried looking into just using iMovie? Adobe premiere would be my 2nd choice, but as others have said, very steep learning curve. iMovie has shocked me with some of the stuff it is able to do. And in all honesty, if you dont need it for very long, you can "rent" my brand new macbook pro from me if thats all you need to do. I'll gladly take a small chunk of that $1500 to put towards the cc that bought it
