Gauging Interest: 68 Camaro roller
Since I don't have much free time anymore, I'm considering selling/trading my 68. It was a race car, still has a 6 point cage. No rear seats installed, sheetmetal door panels, etc. I did a lot of work since I got the car, has QA1 coilovers in the front with new bushings and ball joints, Caltracs, new solid subframe bushings, new window fuzzies (outer), carpets, and I started putting in an American Autowire harness. Has a fuel cell in the trunk, not mounted yet. 12 bolt rear with Mark Williams spool, 35 spline axles, and 4.56 gears. I was going to return the car to street/strip use. Would not take a ton of work to put this on the street, could be track ready in a weekend or two if you had a drivetrain. I pulled out the crappy plastic race seat and installed a Kirkey with cloth cover on original seat tracks, have another Kirkey w/cover for the passenger side not installed yet. Body is decent, inner fenders are not installed, I have a new right side repro for it. Car has no headlights in it, just the RS doors on brackets in the front. I'd be looking for $8500 (which is what I'm into the car for) or trade for a 98-02 TA in silver or blue. I have a ton of parts to finish the car (including LS swap stuff) that would be available at additional cost to the buyer or to sweeten a trade deal. I'm not in a hurry to sell, the car is paid for and is stored indoors. I'll get pics up later if anyone is interested.
