The Dark Knight Rises

Was great. Great finish to the best superhero movie series. Plenty of action, and a few plot twists and turns. Bane is one BAMF.

Granted I was half asleep but I liked the 2nd one better. This one definitely had good parts and cool action but it seemed to jump around too much at some points. Can't wait for the next one

Very different villains. I thought some of Bane's quotes were well executed.

"Do you feel in control?"

That one got me.

Bane was supposed to be from the middle east area and then talking via a voice box, so I can see the weird accent going on.

IMAX trip may be needed.

I think he needed to show more emotion physically like Big Pal to help give his lines more life. The way the dialog came out, it really sounded like they just added the voice over unlike how Vader actually sounded like he was in the scene.

Go, ASAP. I went this afternoon with my wife, and we were blown away. As mentioned, the ending was great, it could go in several different directions at this point. LOVED IT!!

IMAX for sure next.

Bane's voice sounds different because many people who saw the prologue said that he was extremely hard to understand. So Nolan jacked up his voice to where it almost sounds like he is narrating every scene he is in.
You don't know where Bane is from, but you know that he spent most his life in the pit.

There are similarities between Joker and Bane, but Bane was more methodical and his plan was laid out to totally incapacitate everything, isolating Gotham from the rest of the country. In true League of Shadows fashion, he infiltrated a corrupt system to where he could implement his plan without raising an eyebrow by anyone. Even Daggot wasn't concerned about the money he was spending and all the construction Bane was doing because all he wanted was Wayne Enterprise.

I thought it was the chick's plan? Bane was just her puppet?

Spoilers!!!!

The League of Shadows broke Bane out of the Pit. Bane protected whats her face. The Girls father did not approve of Bane in the League so he kicked him out. Guess he stayed loyal to the girl though. Dont know if this follows the comic books or what not as I was not a DC comic book reader but it is deffinatly a great story how it ties Batman Begins and this Batman together..

Someone should add the word "SPOILERS" to the title of this post.
