Stock 4th gen "snowflakes" are 16x8, and I believe they all came stock with either 235/50/16s or 245/50/16s. The stock size that came on your car should be printed on the driver's door jam.

Either way, I would shop for 245/50/16s. It's a pretty popular tire size and you should be able to find what you are looking for without much trouble.

235/55/16. perfect size for snow tires for those cars. 245/50/16 for year round use, no doubt.

I put some 255/50/16 tires on the 16x8 wheels I had on my 68 Camaro. It's only 1 size up from the stock 245 but it should fit without a problem and have minimal affect on the speedometer.

I had 225/60/16 snow tires on stock 16x8 snowflake wheels with no issue. Narrow and tall, and they worked very well on the '02 3.8/5spd Camaro that they were installed on.
