Yeah, don't do that.
I am in the middle of a *bad* e-bay experience. Sold my tablet on E-bay, even marked it "No Returns/Refunds". Guy buys it, changes his mind/doesn't know how to use it/breaks it two days after receiving it, then files a claim that it's "Significantly Not As Described." Paypal locks up the funds (Which I moved out of there as soon as he paid) which now results in me having a negative balance on Paypal (Account now useless). They ask both sides to 'tell their story' and they render a decision. They can decide to refund the guy his money, then they'll start hounding me for it.
So, in a nutshell, F#(& E-bay unless you don't mind getting ripped off.

Good luck. Selling wedding/engagement rings is harder than selling ice to an Eskimo.

Yup.
And it's why I am glad they are starting to show up as methods of payment at big retailers.
If they want to hang with AMEX and Visa they have to cut out all the kiddie ******** and act like a real corporation, not just an Internet convenience.

I had the same thing happen but with a FAST intake. he claimed it was broken when he got it (not due to shipping damage) but couldn't provide pics, and could produce a repair invoice even though he "already got it repaired". Paypal sided with the buyer anyway (they always do) and i had a negative paypal balance. they reported it to collections and they actually JUST stopped hounding me about it. Last time i checked my credit report it wasnt on there; if it makes it there i will just dispute it to get it removed. Already spoke with a financial advisor and this is the best route to take with paypal.
